The NDT530 paint coating thickness gauge is used for measuring the thickness of electroplated layers, paint layers, fireproof layers, anti-corrosion layers, enamel layers, aluminum tiles, copper tiles, Babbitt alloy tiles, phosphating layers, paper, as well as for measuring the thickness of ship paint and attachments to underwater structures. The NDT530 split coating thickness gauge is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commercial inspection and other testing fields.

• Automatic recognition probe

• There are multiple types of probes to choose from, and by selecting the corresponding probe, it is possible to measure both the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates and the thickness of non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates;

• Multiple probes (F1, N1, F10, F1/90 °) can be selected for use;

• Two measurement methods: Continuous measurement method and Single measurement method;

• Two working modes: Direct mode and Group mode (A-B);

• There are five statistical measures: Mean, Maximum, Minimum, Number of Tests, and Standard Deviation

• The contact parts of the probe are plated with hard chrome or ruby, which is durable and long-lasting;

• The upper and lower limits can be set, and when the measurement result is greater than or equal to the upper and lower limit values, the instrument will emit a corresponding sound or flash a light to indicate.

• Notify errors through screen display or beeping sound

• It has the functions of zero point calibration, one point calibration, and two-point calibration of the measuring head, and can use basic calibration methods to correct the systematic errors of the measuring head;

• Optional microcomputer software with rich functions such as transmission of measurement results, storage and management of measurement values, statistical analysis of measurement values, and printing of measurement reports;

• Made of aluminum shell, compact, portable, sturdy and durable, suitable for harsh operating environments, with strong resistance to vibration, impact and electromagnetic interference;
